Puma

Retail 2.0 VM Concept and Guidelines

PUMA, one of the leading sports and lifestyle brands, approached us seeking a fresh visual concept to enhance their product presentation and store environments. Teaming up closely with Berlin architects Plajer & Franz, we embarked on a collaborative journey to transform their retail spaces. Our mission was clear: to create a design that was both visually compelling and functionally efficient. We reimagined the store layout, opting for a more streamlined approach while maintaining visual interest. Centralizing the shoe range onto tables allowed for easier browsing, while distinct visual presentations delineated the sports and lifestyle zones. We also streamlined the wall displays and completely revamped the visual merchandising concept, meticulously attending to every point-of-sale detail. Following a successful trial implementation in a test store and subsequent refinements, we facilitated a global roll-out. Through workshops and comprehensive guidelines, we ensured consistency and quality across all stores, empowering PUMA to deliver a cohesive brand experience worldwide.
